As per Italian Laws and Regulations, Right of Withdrawal does not apply on B2B trading.
In case of quality issues with the product (visible defects), complaints will be taken into consideration only if received within 7 working days from the date the product is delivered. Complaints will not be accepted under this clause if the product has been altered from its original conditions.
With regards to hidden defects (dyeing issues, etc) complaints need to be raised within 3 months from the receipt of the goods.
For any goods return approved by Ready Tex, the items should be (where possible) in the original packaging and must be complete with everything originally sent (labels,..).
Cost of the return shipment will be handled by Ready Tex
Any refund or compensation shall be credited to the original payment method used by the payer.
We cannot issue refunds for products that have been cut. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned in their original condition.
